I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Had a 11am appt. Arrived about 10 mins late but texted to inform. Would have been amazing if they texted back to let me know there was a 2 hour wait once I got inside. I received 3 text the morning of about checking in.. they could have just delayed my appt. They were behind due to a few unforeseen issues. Just tell patience so we can go about our day and plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything I needed went good but need to make appointment this Saturday for my wife was told they couldn't do the appointment I had to do it online the website is terrible my wife tested positive for covid on the 28th of December I really need to make an appointment for her for this Saturday please call me at *** thank you

The doctor was very unprofessional and told me that it was ridiculous that I was back after five day from being exposed and that I should use common sense. I went back because I did present with symptoms and ended up testing positive for covid. The was she treated me was totally uncalled for and added extra stress that I did not need at this uncertain time. Even when she called me with my results she showed no remorse and said that she was an er doctor so she has to be straight forward. I understand that she may have been under stress (as we all are ) but it gave her no right, I was in shock Bc she is usually sweet and makes me feel at ease when I go there but that was not the case yesterday

Following my Covid test, the receptionist called me with the results of my rapid test. She told me it read positive but she wasn’t 100% sure. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, whether it be during a pandemic or any other time. You hold the health of your client in your hands; HOW DARE YOU NOT GET IT RIGHT!

For The past year I have been using ProHealth to provide me with Covid rapid testing. Each time I have gone inTo see if the rapid test I’ve been met with a cordial staff and pleasant atmosphere especially at the Marine Park Ave., ProHealth clinic. I would highly recommend this site for anyone to attend for all types of medical care.

tell all of your patients that’s there to take a covid test to sign in on line before coming to urgent care. To wait on line for almost an hour just to go inside to sign in and then wait again for another 2or3 hours is ridiculous!!!!

I used the solv app booked us it was quick and easy. Got a Covid test appointment within a half an hour. Both test results came back. One immediately and the next within 24 hours. The staff person administering the test was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. I would definitely come here again

I was next to be seen but I waited an hour past my appointment time. Other than the wait everything was fine. Staff was fine. The swab for covid test was fine. You can wait in your car and they will call you to go to room _.

This is one of the best places I've ever gone to for urgent care. I was amazed by the friendly and the knowledgeable staff. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They have testing onsite and the doctors are wonderful. I will tell my family and friends about them and will definitely return to them in the future.

Went for COVID test. I had an appointment. I strongly recommend making an appointment while it’s so busy. I was taken in with almost no wait time at all. I was seen almost immediately once in the exam room. The doctor was professional and friendly and polite. I was done very quickly and then the doctor called with the results she was very helpful. The facility was clean as always (I’ve been a few other times) and everyone was kind and efficient at their jobs.

didn't see a doc.. someone came in and My first time there was very different Vital signs were taken questions were asked and a doc did come in and speak with me and then my nares were swabbed properly... This time I Never saw a doc, no questions were asked as to why I wanted test ,wait time was an hour, someone came in without introducing self ,didn't ask any questions just very quickly swabbed my nares and I had to call for my results when i was told someone would call me...

The staff here at prohealth urgent care in bensonhurst, Brooklyn was extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk to the person doing my Covid test. I had such a pleasant experience here and would travel farther from home just to come here. You can tell they truly love their jobs and it shows through their customer care. Thank you!

Overall, very positive experience, the wait was long (arrived @ 11:30 AM and finished before 3:30 PM), yet I was a walk-in so that could be expected. Just waiting for my COVID-19 testing results. Friendly staff, bright and clean environment, and high quality care once I was in the examination room.

While the nurse practitioner and the staff member that took my covid test were kind, the woman at the front desk was harsh and had a bit of an attitude. Ultimately I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen so I would go back. You do have to stand outside which could be hard if you have children with you.

When I came into for my rapid COVID test, I was very pleased by the professionalism and level of patient care. The receptionist was extremely polite, professional, and supportive. The foyer was clean, quiet, and organized. Most importantly, the nurse (who's name I can't recall) was very professional, skilled, efficient, and timely! As a dean for the NYC Department of Education & Brooklyn, Bed-Stuy homeowner, I will certainly patronize this clinical facility whenever need-be ~ five star care. The pleasure was all mine. Chad

The overall experience was exceptional. The facility is very clean. The day I went there was only a ten minute wait time. The one thing that I was displeased with was the front desk. I walked in and I was asked if I had an appointment to which I said no but I’d like to make one for both the covid nasal swab and the blood antibody test. I got the roll eye and was asked if I tried to make it online. There was literally no one in the facility at the time, to say she was busy. Then I was told the antibody test isn’t covered by my insurance. I left thinking she might be having a bad day. When I went back for my test, it was the same person and i showed her my explanation of benefits that in fact my insurance did cover antibody testing. This time she said “what do you need it for, it’s a waste of time”.

I came for a walk-in at opening on Friday. Was 8th in line and waited an hour and a half to hear that the clinic ran out of rapid tests (which I needed). Got an appointment the next day... and was seen 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Then they had me sit in a room for 30 min while a patient was roaming the hall back and forth talking about all of his exposures in the last week... Wasn’t great. The real-time waitlist should also just give you a text when it’s your turn, or the reservation process should encourage you to check in MUCH earlier than your appointment if you want to be seen Round that time.

I had the most seamless experience at the 330 Court Street ProHEALTH center today. I felt safe, the waiting room was spacious and limited capacity of people, and the experience for getting my COVID rapid and PCR tests was super easy. Got my rapid result within 20 minutes AND had the doctor come and speak with me about any questions, etc. Overall, A+ experience.

The visit went very well. I booked my appt on line and completed my file online also. I was there about 30 minutes including my visit and testing. I was told I would have the results in 2 or 3 days. They called me less than 24 hrs after visit with my results. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Thank you. I will be back.

I got to urgent care at 10:35 wasn't seen until 11:23, just for a covid test an lady came about 15 minutes after I did and she was seen before me and I'm sure she came for the same test, and I had a 10:45 am appointment

- Verified patient on 3/14

I went for a COVID PCR test. Sign in process was very long....a lot of questions and needed information from multiple cards. This as awkward standing at the station and then entering the info to my phone...hold the phone, get out the wallet, find the card then hold the phone and the card and enter the info...Also, the smart station was not cleaned between patients. There was hand sanitizer, but it was creepy.

Brooklyn Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
