The reason I didnt give them a 5 is because the guy Kevin at front desk needs to learn to be friendly. Dont work at front desk if you do not want to deal with people and be friendly. He was very rude. The rest of the employees at this center are real friendly and helpful.

I have waited to see what it cost me, with insurance, to get a tetanus shot. It looks like it cost me $75.

I only came in for a covid test; however, the wait time was only 20 min or so, even tho 38 patients were ahead of me. The receptionist was friendly & professional; the PA who ran my test was thoughtful, thorough, & efficient. Once I entered the clinic, it was only 5 min until I left.

Scheduling ahead online made for a much shorter wait time. Came for a Covid test and the process and results were within 15 min. I was in and out much quicker than I expected!

Mostly positive , but didn’t understand the PA lecturing me that my 90 yo mother “has no business being at Access” and she should have been taken to the ER to be checked for a UTI and the urine test results hadn’t even been received. The test results revealed no UTI. In my previous experience with my mom going thru this the doctor would have waited until the results are ready before telling us we need to make other arrangements.

I drove up and within 5 mins our provider came outside, tested us for COVID and we were able to leave and wait for a call with the results. Our call came less than 15 mins.

Everything was excellent! Check in process on my phone was super easy. Check-in staff was helpful. Nurse was patient and nice to my daughter. Augustine Pham, PA-C was extremely nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We got results back quickly. Didn’t have to ask for note for school or test results they already had them ready and print it out for us. Excellent care!

The staff was very friendly!! My son felt comfortable with having his Covid 19 test done here it was fast and the best part was that it didn’t hurt at all they were very gentle with my 9 year old again THANK YOU!!

I came in for a COVID test and was also tested for strep. Meredith was wonderful, lovely bedside manner, helpful and informative. Thank you all for taking good care of me.

This place is great. I’ve been here several times for Covid testing and I’ve always had a good experience with both the office staff and care providers. AND… they pick up the phone every time I call!!!

Angela the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals and administered the test dud a good job and was kind. The doctor give me a ck and told me the results of my tests was kind and professional.

The care is good. But, I don't agree with the note to go back to work on. It states the date to return but he wrote if all criteria has been met below which describe covid 10 obligations. It would be confusing to an employer on what to do because it was confusing to me. I had an upper respiratory infection. At my place of work it sounds like this P.A. is trying to quarantine me. I feel they just wanted to get an additional covid test with my insurance. The note should have only printed the day seen and can return to work statement, not the 3 paragraphs talking about if you have covid if you were tested and quarantine subject that is all unnecessary. I'm not showing the note to my employer because he might think as it reads all about quarantine 10 days. I cant afford that without pay.

We went in for a covid test. They had a set up to keep us dry and warm while taking the test. Staff was friendly. Results came in, in about 20 minutes.

The tests were unpleasant but the young lady who gave them to me was patient when I started to sneeze uncontrollably after each sinus swab. Overall, just about a pleasant as you can get when having such an uncomfortable test run. (COVID, strep and flu) all negative thankfully.

I had a rapid Covid test. They were terrific and responded quicker than I expected. I enjoyed my interaction with everyone I dealt with. It’s a scary time but they made it all right!!! Super!!

Ray shell, the desk attendant was rude, I made an appointment on line be she didn’t have it. I told her what I needed( the results of a covid test) she said she was to busy. They were not any busier than when I walk-in on Tuesday afternoon and the receptionist was very nice.

Came here to get a COVID test which I got the results back in 15 minutes which is super fast and the staff was amazing. I really loved the front desk lady she was so sweet and you don’t see that much anymore.

- Verified patient on 9/16

The staff were so nice. Very professional. I went there for a covid test and when the nurses saw that I use a walker, they came to the car instead of me going to them. To me that meant going above and beyond. I will always use them if I need urgent care.

- Verified patient on 1/15

It was a long wait for the test results and the lady upfront was kind of rude but in leaving she did wish us a blessed day. The actual nurses working in the back are awesome.

Our family had to come in for covid tests and the staff was very kind and compassionate. They explained the process to our two children, ages 5 and 7, with patience and knowledge. We would recommend them for any minor emergency needs.

- Verified patient on 2/20

Very organized. Immediate happy greetings from the staff when it was my turn for testing in the cold parking lot. They even shouted with joy with me when my test came back negative! I would highly recommend the Penn and Memorial location!

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
