I cut my leg badly a couple of days ago and needed help asap! I immediately thought of the closest Urgent Care on Valley Forge Rd. and Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale. I was a walk-in and there were a couple of sick children ahead of me so they immediately got me to a private room where I wouldn't be exposed to germs and cleaned my leg while I waited for the on-duty physician's assistant, Catherine Moran. She was attending to those ahead of me but came in to evaluate my injury and informed me that the wound would require stitches. When she finished with the others, she attended to me and did an outstanding job! Not only was the stitching painless but the quality of her handiwork was fabulous! She was calm and reassuring as were the nurse who performed the preliminary duties (blood pressure, information gathering, etc.) and staff. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

The staff were so kind and friendly! And the covid test was so easy and quick. I even got a little gift before I left. I highly recommend Liberty Urgent Care in Huntington Valley!! Great experience!

The team at Huntington Valley Liberty was very courteous and friendly! The receptionist was very kind and thankful that I made a reservation and the test administrator was very professional and courteous.

The receptionist was extremely sweet to my younger son as he was nervous and chatty. She made him feel comfortable and calmer. The gentleman doing the test was equally kind and gentle in his demeanor as well as his tactic. Thank you both for making this a pleasant experience.

Scheduled my appt online at 1:30. Got my test on schedule at 2:00. By the time I got home at 2:15 I had my results. All went very efficiently at the testing center. Test itself was administered gently and by a friendly technician. I would highly recommend this site. Thank you!!

After getting sent home from work due to not passing a pre-screening for covid i had to find a clinic that offered non -rapid test. So I looked up clinics and this was the third one I called and I was successful. Despite having to drive a whole hour back to the area which I live I was happy to be able to get the test the same day. The two women and man who helped me were friendly and kind they had a sense of humor like me which was nice and made me feel very comfortable. If I ever need care from Urgent clinic again and I am by work I will surely choose this one. Thank you for a great first experience.

Prompt and stressfree visit. Both the staff member checking me and my daughter in and the staff member perfoming the test were absolutely wonderful. Everything was fully explained without needing to ask questions. I would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice to return if needed!

I arrived for a rapid test due to a close contact exposure. After handling what seemed to be a difficult phone call, the receptionist handled my requests graciously and patiently. I would highly recommend this as an option for walk-in COVID testing. The staff are responsive, friendly, and very patient. Medical professionals are handling a lot before the holidays, please be respectful and patient with them as they seek to give you care!

I barely had to wait, and the girl there was super nice and quick with the test. I would highly recommend any of my friends to go get their test there.

Mika did our tests and he was so gentle! I had been to this location once before earlier this week on Sunday and the nurse who did my test hurt. I’m glad I had Mika this time. Made the experience I was dreading, turn out pleasant. He was very kind and explained everything to us.

Very professional, and comforting. The woman came to the car to test my daughter (who was extremely nervous about the nasal swab.) She was very gentle and reassured my daughter in a very kind way! I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone needing covid testing. We did the rapid test and had our results within the hour! Fantastic service. Thank you!

I Would recommend going to this location if needed to be tested! From the moment I walked in , the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & were able to answer all of the questions i had. With the setup they have , I was in and out. Was early for my appointment and they still were able to test me. Keep up the great work !

Dr. A listened carefully when i explained my history and symptoms. He straight to the point and prescribed me the medicines. I went in and out for only 15 minutes + 15 minutes rapid test. I think their policy is fair. If the covid test result came out positive we can’t see the doctor and we just paid for the rapid test out of our pocket for $109.00. If it is negative then we can see the doctor and pay the fee. Thanks.

Hatfield Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
