Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

I woke up this AM with UTI sx. My insurance sent me to Tran Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of scheduling, the care, and the prompt care as well. I would like to see an improved patient portal experience. The provider and staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Short Wait Time

Scheduling was super easy, I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time, but check in seemed to take forever. There were 2 people in front of us and it took over 15 minutes. The appointment itself was fairly quick. When I went to pick up a prescription I had to call the office back because the dose didn’t get sent over to the pharmacy.  Overall I would definitely go back

I had my annual physical this morning.  It’s not something I look forward to but I have to say Sarah Phillips and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I left the clinic feeling that they had delivered an excellent heathcare experience.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I got to my appointment early for a covid test. Checked in through my phone and not soon after, they were able to take me in early. Overall experience was great especially during this pandemic, proper PPE were worn. Staff was professional and friendly. Very efficient. I would recommend for a fast and efficient service. Thank you to the staff that were able to work and help everyone get through this tough time.

Out nurse Ali was so good with my son, we got right in with our appt, front desk staff were friendly. Out doctor was also lovely and sweet to my son, she was also very understanding and empathetic - as was Ali. We had to get my son tested for COVID due to a high fever at school.

They were busy so I had to wait but I appreciate that they reached out to let me know. Once they arrived to take the test, it was a very pleasant experience. They did their best to make my son comfortable

I was not able to book an appointment on line, so I had to check in early morning and then sent home to wait. It took all day, but it was just because of the incredible amount of people that wanted to get a Covid test. There service and staff was very good. Highly recommend.

All 5 people I interacted with were very kind and caring. From the ladies that was at the front desk to the people in back that checked me in, gave me the test, and disgust it with me. Thank you, all

Very good! Explained everything and got us both in to get COVID tests since we're both symptomatic. Thank you!!

I made an appointment on line for a COVID-19 test which was so convenient and easy. I got in on time which was awesome. The staff were friendly and informative.

Overall ok experience. waited for an hour and when I received the text to check in, I still had to wait 20 more minutes before I was called back. I was told I would receive an email or text so I can receive test results and I haven't. Doctor was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous, however seemed in a rush. It is a nice system to have via phone notification so I'm not waiting in the wait room for over an hour however it can be improved more by calling patients in when the staff is ready for them.

Went in for a rapid covid test. They got me in and tested and actually got my results before I left. Great service and staff!

I visited this location for a work related Covid test. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and caring.

I love woodcreek and Mary bridge but doing a virtual appt for cold symptoms was worthless. I was worried about how he was coughing but since it’s virtual, you can’t listen to lungs. Later in the day he started to have ear pain. And we couldn’t look at the ears because it was virtual. And I still ended up having to come out for a covid test. I ended up making an appt the following day that was in person because I felt like we never really got one.

- Verified patient on 7/18

Been here twice for walki-in care for my son to get covid tested. Every time it's a seamless process and everyone is so nice. Love it here!

This was my first time going to indigo. I went there for a Covid test. They took me in faster than expected and they were very kind. The doctor was very thorough, as well as his pleasant bedside manner. I’m not sick very often but when I am I will drive to 5 miles to indigo

- Verified patient on 10/23

I’m really impressed. Needed a covid test and despite an overwhelming amount of people trying to get in, the system worked great. I was able to join the que and then go back home instead of having to wait. Great service.

- Verified patient on 12/24

We did the video chat with the doctor and then came in for a COVID test. It went smoothly and fairly quickly. I would recommend this clinic and I may use it in the future for any urgent care needs for my daughter.

- Verified patient on 10/19

I was told I needed to be tested because of a coworker testing positive. I have no symptoms. The CEERT for Multicare determined that testing was not necessary. I didn’t like waiting for 2 hours just to find that out!! However, the front office staff are awesome, top notch!!!!

This boat was not a good experience-:( I went to see a practitioner but the front desk ask me to fill up an application which made it to be only COVID test, she should have explained to me first. She just assumed. I am healthcare worker my self, I would like to tell her not to assume ask your patients what they want and what they are here for. Now they are going to charge me 2x because her miscommunication, It would be nice if she explain things better and not assume, when I ask her she told just fill it then after I went to the room they told me they are only going to Do a COViD swap I said no I came here to see a Dr or practitioner, I want them to check my throat. Anyways the MA went back fix something and got me a nurse practitioner and did a throat swap too but when I ask her to write a Dr note for work since I can’t go back before my COVID result is back she told me thats she can’t because she didn’t see me for covid, I don’t understand she can see it they just swapped me right there. The MA also said it is going to consider as 2 visits and they will charge me 2x. It was a bad experience but the MA was wonderful though.

Only issue I had was I waited 5 days to get my test results only to call and fund out I should of been called 2 days prior.

South Hill Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
