This was my first telehealth experience. The provider was very professional and listened to my symptoms. She asked what medications worked best for me in the past as my diagnosis was one I have had many times. I appreciated her consideration of me. Will definitely use this provider again if I have a need in the future.

LRUC has been the only place that has consistently helped me, especially through covid. The wait time is long, but worth it. They use the best researched methods, are methodical and patient. When the hospital discharged me and home care never came out, the doctors here even helped me with notes for work. Anyone with some decent patience will benefit from the care here.

Dr. Jain saw me immediately! Another urgent care had a 2+ hour wait time. Not my idea of how I want to spend my Florida vacation. Within 10 minutes,I got a positive flu test completed.
