I felt you were understaffed as far as NP’s or MD’s, especially for this time of year. The NP was doing her best but I got the impression that she had to see every patient. We were there for 4 hours total. The staff was professional & friendly, as was the NP but the wait was unacceptable.

I am mortified that Dr did not do anything to me. He just looked at it and said I had cellulitis. My leg is on fire. It’s huge it hurts. It’s painful and he didn’t wanna pop it and gave me some anabiotic and that’s it. I’ve been laying in bed ever since so no I’m not fine He didn’t even touch it. It’s it’s so painful and it looks so infected.

The doctor came in right away and couldn’t be more professional and friendly. We were very grateful to find this facility and to work with staff and doctors that actually care about their patients.
