It was easy to schedule an 8 AM appt I was at the door at 8 AM but the receptionist sat there looking at me while I stood outside in windchill temp of 7 The door wasn’t unlocked until 8:05  AM which is a lot when I am sick waiting in the cold

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

The Solvhealth phone App sucks.  What a waste of my time.  Not everything should be done on your phone.  After taking photos of my insurance card the app gave me no method of continuing. Pretty f’n stupid but typical of poorly designed Apps
