I’ve been going to this Urgent Care since it was first open. I like it there but the only thing they take long to call you in and when they do call you in you wait for awhile in the exam room

My husband scheduled an appointment for me and within minutes of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and was admitted shortly thereafter.  Rebekah and the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The clinic is in a convenient location.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Though I made an appointment for the next day, I still had to wait 1-1/2 hours to be seen. I should be happy that I was able to get an appointment so soon, I didn't see the point of making one since I still had to wait so long.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
