Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Woke up this morning with my ears really  bothering me decided to go to the urgent care walked in. The staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and the doctor was super nice. Was able to give me my prescriptions right away and back home I went for a rest. I recommend this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Every time I have gone I have had a better experience.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I wound up having the flu. I was able to schedule an appointment online the same morning I needed to go in. As the first appointment, I didn't have to wait. The staff were all nice, efficient and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. They diagnosed me after taking a flu test and prescribed me medicines to take. I will be going there again if my primary doctor is unavailable.

The facility was extremely well run and clean. I waited a short time after making my appointment online and the staff were all friendly and took care of my questions and concerns. I left feeling better already.
