Exceptional experience from check in to nurse to doctor exam!

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

I walked in but had to wait a long time !  I never had to wait so long!  The doctor was very nice however!

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

I walked in and got out in about an hour or so! The staff was very sweet and they did a great job explaining everything and helping me find what i needed to help with my knee pain.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Didn’t have to wait long. Provider was very resourceful and great at explaining the steps for me to feel better. Overall a great experience. Front desk girls were amazing!

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!
