This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

Scheduling online is very easy and convenient. Got an early morning appointment with no problem.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

The team here immediately took X-rays and ensured everything was thoroughly checked. Last week, I went to another hospital for a separate issue, but it was dismissed. However, at this facility, they quickly identified that something wasn’t right and referred me to a vascular doctor. I’m incredibly grateful that I asked them to take a quick look at that as well. The staff throughout the facility were very caring and professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely make this my go-to medical facility from now on.
