My only negative comment is that they did not return 2 of my phone calls to review with me the results of my tests.

Me, my wife, and our three small children visited the Live Urgent Care in Bordentown today, all of us sick. We were all seen by the doctor in the same room. Excellent service, excellent bedside manner.

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

It took a follow up call to get my meds called in to the pharmacy. I could have administered the Covid test better on  myself. Wasn’t surprised that it was negative, it probably had my lipgloss on the swab instead of my nasal contents. What a difference from the visit two weeks ago when Optum was there.  We received great care and prompt treatment.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
