Since you are listed as primary care, your patients should be able to find out if "their" doctor is on duty, quickly and easily. With a few changes, your Center could be consistently rated 5's. I have been a nurse manager most of my career so I hope you see my suggestions in the positive light they were intended. Dr Shannon Long is super and you couldn't do better. The nurse was friendly enough but I had very little interaction with her. However, they have Godzilla at the reception area so be prepared. I understand the times we are in with the virus, but there is NO need to be rude and disrespectful !!
