I had a UTI & I thought a sinus infection or cold. But they handled so well by checking for flu or Covid. I did have a bladder infection & to my surprise COVID.  They were all so kind & very professional .

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

The assistant that brought me back to the exam room could not have been more robotic, unfriendly and cold; horrible bedside manners. Fortunately this type of behavior is rare at this clinic. The front staff, checkout and Megan were 5-✰☆ great!

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

My daughter wasn’t feeling too well when I picked her up from daycare. They recommended Little Spurs which is open till the evening hours. My daughter looked miserable and her fever was high so I decided to go there instead of the ER. I’m so glad I did. It was easy to sign up and enter in all the information necessary. The staff is friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Laura is awesome. Even though my daughter didn’t feel well, she loved coming in. Thank you staff. Absolutely love this place. The girls are so nice and the Drs. actually listen you and run what ever tests needed to help your baby's get better. Will always recommend this place. They go above and beyond to help their patients. Thank you!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
