Woke up with the symptoms of a UTI and went straight to urgent care and got on the waiting list. I was seen early due to cancellations and I was in and out in what felt like 15 minutes. The doctor, nurses, and staff were so friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and made my experience the best it could be considering the circumstances. The doctor was very condescending. While trying to explain my sons complex Medical history and issues he turn and looks at my son then looks at me and asked if my son could not speak. That was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
