Very busy location and was unable to secure an appointment on Friday or Saturday due to high volume. The person at the desk who assisted me on Friday was very kind and helpful, looking into locations that might be able to see me that day and informing me that if I come in at opening on Saturday, I can get a walk in spot. The people at the desk who assisted me on Saturday, when I was able to get a walk in appointment, were also kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. The doctor and nurse were also kind and respectful. I feel like they did a great job helping me with an injury and walking me through the L&I worker's comp process, which was new to me. They answered any questions I had.

Staff was professional, friendly. They didn’t rush but each was present, as in focused, on me.

Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
