Walked in with my left eye bothering me they said they were filled but if I could wait an hour or so they would fit me in. I was able to wait and was well treated by staff. Very efficient and helped me . Explained everything . I would recommend them anytime.

I booked a same day appointment online. When I showed up from my appointment, the check-in took about 15 seconds, and my name was called for my appointment right on time. The staff were Friendly, happy and knowledgeable. Their care exceeded my expectations and I generally prefer visiting this urgent care location rather than seeing my primary care provider.

I haven’t been able to hear well for the last 8 years, I had really bad psoriasis in my ear and never thought id be able to get rid of the wax build up that was in there, they did everything they possibly could to help me out and Im finally able to hear so clearly again! these people are so amazing and i recommend this place to anyone having problems with their health, I couldn’t have asked for better people! I have been sick for about eight days so decided to make a same-day appointment at this urgent care. I arrived. The woman checking me in was super nice. Got me all checked in. They got me right into a room Dave the medical assistant was really kind. Talked about how much he loved his job and I love hearing that. The nurse practitioner who saw me was thorough, and on top of it. Everyone there was just really truly wonderful. It was fast and efficient and I really appreciated that.

My visit to Indigo Health at Crossroads was fantastic! The nurse did a great job with the cleaning, and the front receptionist was incredibly friendly. The PA recommended using glue instead of stitches for cosmetic reasons and thoroughly explained the choice, which I appreciated. The facility was also impressive-clean rooms, comfortable seating, and a fridge stocked with refreshments. Each room had a list of the team members, which added a nice personal touch. They seemed well-prepared with excellent equipment. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd highly recommend it!

I've had anxiety about going to the doctor since I hadn't been in some years. I had concerns that caused me great greif. Dr. Danh Ngo was polite, professional, thorough, and educational. I felt my worries subside with how well he explained my illnesses. His plan for me was clearly and effectively introduced and I felt very knowledgeable about it. The nurses and staff were wonderful, efficent, and very skilled. I had many worries going in today, but I came out feeling like I finally had a proper grasp of what's happening, and its thanks to all the great staff and Dr. Danh. Thank you all so much!

I woke up not feeling good, all clinics near us were full and the Emergency Department was so full there was no parking. The staff at the tukwila Indigo got us all in and it was very quick. Jay greeted us in the front, and Ciara immediately got us all into a room. Tai made sure we had water and juice, and Ciara, Jay, Makayla and Sam that we were in and out. Sam was very gentle and considerate of us not feeling well, and made sure we had all the medication we need. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you!!

I was able to schedule easily online for the next day. The front staff was very nice and the waiting room was clean. I was seen within a reasonable window after my appointment time. Provider Mayes actually listened to me and treated me like a human being. I appreciated his sensitivity to my concern and that he took the time to answer all of my questions.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
