this office and the amazing doctors and their lovely and friendly staff have saved me from many health incidents . They are warm and genuine ! Which is really important when you’re sick. They are good with follow ups and more than anything they take your condition seriously before it gets worse ! This is my favorite Doctors office and let me tell you I have been to MANY doctors offices due to my conditions. I came to Providence Urgent Care at lunchtime and had expected to have a long wait but to my surprise it was only 15 minutes. The reception staff and intake nurse plus Doctor were all professional and efficient. Facilities were very clean.

Came here for the first time on 7/7/20, and I had the pleasure of being attended to by Dominic. Dominic was extremely professional, answered all my questions during my visit, and even answered follow up questions when I called a couple of days later. Incidentally, my wife came here the following day, and came home singing Dominic’s praises too. Needless to say, my wife and I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.
