Being able to make an appointment and being seen in a timely manner is a huge plus. Carbon Health in Los Al is my go to Urgent Care as it is for several of my friends. I was greeted with kindness and was checked in immediately. Time from start to finish was about 1 hour. Kudos to Team Sarah, Mony, Bryan and Destiny in their team approach for taking care of us!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. Been advised i had trigger thumb a couple weeks ago. Exercises and occasional advil not working . Decided i needed Urgent care and discovered Dr Newman who I’d liked in the past worked here now . Got right in this morning ! Great experience , office , staff the Dr . Clean , friendly , kind , professional , knowledgeable . Made an unpleasant issue more tolerable . Not fond of strong drugs was recommended a prescription anti inflammatory for starters . Hoping this will do the trick! Definitely recommend

I have waited to write this review as i don't like being negative. I have 2 recent experiences at this office. 1 scheduled appointment and 1 walk in with my 2 yr old after an accident. Both times the wait times and office staff and technicians were fantastic. They all appropriately engaged with my daughter and did their best to make her feel comfortable. Unfortunately I am not happy with the care and service of the Nurse Practioner I saw both times. I feel my daughters head laceration was delt with incorrectly, even after multiple questions about the procedure. After a ER visit and CHLA visit for the same laceration later that day, it was deemed that they would have done the treatment differently and as time had passed there was little that could be done. Basically my 2 yr old will probably end up with more of a scar on her forehead due to method that was used. At my following appointment The Nurse Practitioner asked how my 2 yr old was at my and when I explained she made no comment and seemed uninterested.

The staff is amazing, always an easy visit. I really appreciate how thorough the Dr was and not to mention attention to detail.

Great experience again, nurse was great, Doctor Roger's was great. Process to check in and checkout was easy, medications were ready at the pharmacy in 10 minutes. Well run business!

I’ve been to this urgent care many times before and I guess they now have an online scheduling system that I wished I knew about sooner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming except for the woman at the check in counter. Very direct and cold. Clinic needs a good deep cleaning. I would still recommend this clinic as the doctors are always great!

The nurse practitioner was able to help me. She was professional and friendly.
