Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

Had been coughing for a week and from experience knew I had an infection.  Went to urgent care as a walk in and was seen right away.  Very thorough exam.  Ended up with pneumonia and started antibiotics.  Was advised to follow up when I return to the East coast.

I did not have an appointment but I wait a few minutes and they got me in. Everyone was pleasant and professional. All had Good sense of humors which always helps. I will not hesitate to visit them again.

I went in for a Covid test my original appointment was at 6:30 they were able to take me early at 2:15 Staff was very friendly and polite

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
