I needed a simple laboratory test. I was in line w many pts before they opened. Could not believe how fast they were able to ck in and handle the numerous types of pts seeking care. Fast, friendly, clean and very organized. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all needs large and small. Physicians there are capable of simple tests and compliance diagnosis. I cut my finger early on Sunday morning and had to get a tetanus shot and stitches, and the staff was absolutely incredible. They had great bedside manner and I would like to commend the PA Danny, Chris, and Andrea for a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went there to have my knee looked at. The Dr was very up front saying she couldn't help me. No charge but sent me to a different location for my problem. OrthoMichiganNow Got me in & treated me & i have immediate relief. I can't say enough about my treatment. My Primary said 5 days for an appointment. I'm getting a new Primary!

I took my daughter there last night and the front desk, nurse and doctor was so amazing. They listened to my concerns and doctor Told me take my daughter directly to the hospital. He hugged her and told her it will be ok . He told me what he thought was wrong with her was fluid on her brain and he was right. I took her to the hospital and they did lumbar tap and he was right. She has been feeling like this for two weeks straight and I took her to other places and McLaren hospital and they sent her right out with just take Motrin but this staff actually helped and figured out the root of the problem. Thank you staff you are amazing.

I was a bit skeptical of going to Hurley Urgent Care as the few times I have had experience with the Emergency Room at Hurley, NONE of them were positive. However, I can wholeheartedly say the on site Urgent Care Clinic is AMAZING for children and adults. We have been in and out in under an hour from anything from strep throat to a needing stitches in a foot. We highly recommend this Urgent Care facility!

The staff and provider who tested my daughter were excellent. They used gloves, masks and all safety equipment necessary to protect patients. Were kind, caring and thoughtful while providing test. Added a second screening since we received a negative, called us at home to give daughter instructions on how to feel better until PCR results come back. This is my 4th time visiting and I'll be back when we need testing in the future.
