Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I walked in and got out in about an hour or so! The staff was very sweet and they did a great job explaining everything and helping me find what i needed to help with my knee pain.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
