Have been to this location previously and this time as  well I was impressed with the whole experience.  The check in was smooth and the staff was very polite and helpful.  The care team was thorough in the questions they asked and very respectful and friendly and reassuring.   This is a great urgent care office - very well run and very well staffed.  I would return if needed. Highly recommend this provider.

They were nice just took so long even though I was the only patient but sweet staff

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!
