The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend, The facility was very efficient, clean, spacious and the staff was friendly and attentive. I went in feeling awful with sore throat, congestion, exhaustion, etc. and within a very short wait, I was treated on my way to pharmacy for Rx’s that truly helped,

Have been to this location previously and this time as  well I was impressed with the whole experience.  The check in was smooth and the staff was very polite and helpful.  The care team was thorough in the questions they asked and very respectful and friendly and reassuring.   This is a great urgent care office - very well run and very well staffed.  I would return if needed. Highly recommend this provider.

Just what I wanted and on time

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!
