Midtown Medical Group was wonderful! I appreciate the cleanliness of the waiting room and the attentiveness of the staff at the desk and over the phone. The doctor took more time to really talk with me than is typical of almost any I’ve seen and had great bedside manner. Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.

I went to Statcare for rapid test on Monday as someone at work tested positive. I called my insurance before hand and I only had to pay my copay. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had to wait outside. They called me and gave me my quick test results with in 15 minutes. I got my PCR results yesterday and was happy to hear as they had told me 3-5 days. The staff was friendly and professional and I highly recommend it.
