I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Woke up this morning feeling miserable.  Flu- like symptoms.  Went to Live Urgent care, they tested for flu & it was positive.  Got 2 prescriptions & was on my way in 30 min.  Very nice , very efficient & very caring staff!

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

It was decent , you could tell I guess the doctor felt uneasy because I was a man maybe of color etc other then that it was smooth

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .
