I went in for a routine pre employment drug screening. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The wait time was not long the drug screening was easy and smooth. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was professional and efficient. The treatment was thorough and we left with proper prescriptions. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with this Urgent Care.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

Couldn't make it into work the past couple days. I new l had SOMETHING! Thanks to Dr. Fahnrich and his friendly staff, l was in and outta the office in about an hour! 1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

Been going here for a while and everytime I go is always pleasant, the wait super fast,the staff all good and professional, my last visit had the Flu and they even call me a couple days later to check on me.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
