Also, if you have been referred to an online schedule to see which doc or PA or NP is working, then it should be much easier to locate and it should be user friendly to decipher. It is not difficult to design a simple staff schedule intended to assist patients rather than one designed for staff. Since you are listed as primary care, your patients should be able to find out if "their" doctor is on duty, quickly and easily. With a few changes, your Center could be consistently rated 5's. I have been a nurse manager most of my career so I hope you see my suggestions in the positive light they were intended.
