I had a rash or some kind of allergic reaction.   The PA diagnosed the symptom quickly by looking at my arm and stomach.   He said I had an allergic reaction to poison ivy and ordered a steroid shot as well as medicated cream and tablets I need to take for six days.   He was very professional.   After a day . . .,The rash is already healing.

The scheduling was fast and efficient. The wait time was too long even considering I was 10 minutes late and gave a courtesy call beforehand. The nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the nurse practitioner didn’t seem like he actually wanted to help with the issue or concern at hand with my son. Although swelling had went down my son was still complaining of pain and itchiness in the area of concern. And it was also still very red. No recommendation for anything else other than what I was already doing. I was also told that I could go to my pediatrician should it not improve instead of saying I can bring him back to receive more care. I paid $175.00 out of pocket truthfully for nothing.

I have already a appointment with the clinic and I wait about 6 minutes to get inside the check room after that I went to the examination room and about 5 minutes to see the doctor and that was it

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
