Check in person was kind and patient with me while trying to complete online paperwork. I was feeling so horrible, I really didn’t have the patience or the energy to do it online. She was kind and handed me a clip board with quick forms that I was able to sign since they already had everything else. I really appreciate it.

I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

AFC Urgent Care Clinic was clean, sterile in feel; fitted with the latest in tech design and equipment; organized procedurally; staffed with friendly, helpful, serious people. The doctor assigned to me far exceeded my expectations. She made me feel as if I were her sole concern, would like to keep her. I felt I was receiving the best of care. I do not have a primary care physician; however, this experience was so far removed from having to visit a doctor’s office. I did require urgent medical attention; the convenience of a walk-in clinic surpassed not having a PCP, especially when the care I received was excellent, as this was.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

Misdiagnosed by NP. She was very unprofessional and inexperienced and did not listen to my concerns. I had to seek competent care elsewhere to receive a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Very helpful receptionist in completing check in. Staff were very friendly. I only wished he would have told me the next steps after drug screen urinalysis test. It was my first time.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

Nicely organized place. Thankful for the right diagnosis and care

It was easy to make an appointment. However I checked in on the Solv app and did not realize I also had to check in with the desk.  The girl at the desk saw me sitting there for more than 20 minutes and never said anything or acknowledged me. That was frustrating.  The doctor/nurse was very nice.

The staff is professional and very caring. Excellent treatment and always ordering the best medication to this retired RN.  I do recommend this provider to everyone.  Thank so much

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!
