Easy online scheduling, got in right away and was taken care of.  Had a bad cough and congestion. Have used them several times and will use them again. Clean, professional and treated with care.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Scheduled online and was able to complete the paperwork online as well. Walked in, paid the copay and took me straight back.  The staff was friendly and very thorough.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

Everyone was great there. I was a walkin so it took longer. I suggest logging in on the website to schedule the appointment. That will speed up the wait time. They were all friendly and took care of my isses.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

Made an appointment online at 3'oclock this morning and everything was quick and easy.

As usually, Kathy provided caring service and quick responses.  Will  go back if I am sick again! Very little wait time.

Hi. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy after our visit. However, the pharmacy sent me a text saying that another prescription would be needed instead. They were unable to get a hold of your clinic and I was unable to as well.  (I think your staff may have been dismissed early because of the pending hurricane).  I also think your clinic is closed today because of the hurricane.  All this to say, I need help with my prescription. I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.
