Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

The staff and Dr. Phillips were fast and efficient. I had a 9am appointment and made my 10am bowling league. I would recommend this organization to anyone.

I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.

I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and had a good experience with staff at all levels. Definitely would recommend this clinic and plan to use them again if needed.

Walked in with my mom for UTI.  Was told there was about 2 hour wait.  We waited in vehicle and got text they were ready.  I don’t think we even waited an hour.  Great service, very friendly, fast but very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I would like to commend Megan for being so patient and friendly with me. The nature of my visit was very uncomfortable for me, and she went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable with the male provider that examined me. Not only did she make sure I was comfortable, she also went above and beyond in ensuring I left with the information I needed by further explaining the diagnosis . Megan did a good job of making me feel safe and I will definitely be returning

Made my appointment on Sunday and was seen after work on Monday. These girls got me in and out so I could make it to another appointment. This PA is the 1st one to be concerned with my blood pressure. All the staff is very professional and courteous .

This was my first time coming to the Kent station Indigo urgent care. Long waits are expected with any kind of walk in, so I was prepared for that. When I checked in the staff was friendly and helpful and gave me an estimated wait time of 4 hours I stopped at dollar tree and within 20 minutes got the text to come back. Wendy was the provider who helped me and she lit up the room as soon as she entered it and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was great and I felt heard and am very hopeful for the medications she prescribed to help my issues.

Bonney Lake Indigo is truly top of the line care. Dr Leanne is so compassionate and carrying. Eliminating all possible reasons before deciding on a conclusion.  The MA’s are always a pleasure as well.

I was able to schedule an appointment same day and was seen soon after we arrived. They were able to do labs and x-rays on site and we were done within an hour or so. The provider, Dr. Brady, was great - very thorough and personable. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

Another great experience with this urgent care clinic.  Received an appointment online no problem.  Checkin was very smooth, provider really listened and took appropriate steps in determining my condition.  The entire staff was wonderful.

Scheduling was easy. The staff checking me in this morning were fast and nice. However, once the Physician walked in and we talked about the problem I've been having. I interpreted her manner of speaking was condescending towards me.

Came as a walk-in, given options but decided to wAit and was seen earlier than expected. Staff very calm, friendly, and efficient.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

I got the run around from two other urgent care facilities before contacting Indigo. I was at my witts end by this now very late afternoon after going on a wild for chase around town. I called, answered a couple very quick ? 's, and was told I could be squeezed in before closing on that day. I went, they saw me, fixed me up, and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes. The staff from the reception, to the nurses, and the doctor even were all truely amazing. They were knowledgeable, fast, friendly, efficient, and possessed an incredible beside manor that made me feel safe, comfortable, and in good hands. It was an experience that you'd expect from a healthcare facility. Where people are there because they truely care about people, not for the $$$. The way it used to be, and should be, but is unbelievably hard to find these days. Thank you for your care, and for providing me with an experience that brought back a little hope for humanity that was really need. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
