Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

Unfortunately, my wait time to talk to the doctor was long, but the staff are always amazing! Mind, helpful and friendly….

After a bit of a delay caused by not being able to check- in on the app, The doctor quickly and confidently made what proved to be the correct diagnosis. He explained everything. He was very approachable with an excellent 'bedside' manner. He prescribed medication, after reviewing my orher prescriptions for possible interactions, that worked almost immediately

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!
