I called my doctor's office twice and still haven't received a call back. Called Live Urgent Care Bordentown they scheduled me within an hour of my call, I was in and out in about 15 minutes and called my prescription in promptly! We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.
