Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.

Had a cough that was getting worst with phelm. Scheduled an appointment on line which was easy. My appointment was for 1:15 and once there the check in was fast. Paid my copay and sat down. My wait was a little longer than I though because another person came after me and was called before me? Doctors visit was to the point checking my lungs and throat. She sent a prescription to my pharmacist who said the ingredients were the same as over the counter brands, Why? The only Rx added was antibiotic pills. Place was clean.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.
