I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

Woke up this morning with a very bad cough and shortness of breath. I’m pleased to share that I was able to schedule a same-day visit. Mark, the healthcare practitioner, was very thorough and caring. He gave a very comprehensive exam and prescribed the appropriate treatment to get me in a more comfortable space right away. He also called in the medication’s in a timely way to my pharmacy. One opportunity for improvement is to make sure all the rooms are stocked with adult nebulizer equipment. I was told by the technician that there were none available in the facility, and when I followed up with the office manager, he said that was not the case and that he would take care of it right away. All in all a very positive experience!

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !
