I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

Sarah and Laura were amazing, quick, and responsive.

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

My daughter was complaining about her throat hurting. Being able to book the appointment online was simple and easy. I already had my insurance card and id scanned to my computer, so I could simply drag them into the forms I needed to fill out. I was able to fill out everything online from home before going into the office. The staff was kind and friendly. And it was a Sunday! So convenient. Thank you.

My baby woke up feeling sick and by the end of the day I decided to take her to urgent care. Since I called they were very nice and when I arrived the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend them

I had to take my kids to the doctor, unfortunately their pediatrician was out this week. I decided to take them to the urgent care. I knew my daughter had an ear infection and my son had pink eye. All I went for was for an easy in and out , get antibiotics, some eye drops that’s all. BOYY was I wrong, I arrived at the urgent care at 5:40pm I didn’t end up leaving until 8:40pm! It was too late to get anything that was prescribed for my kids. Making this trip to the urgent care pointless. My daughter was crankier than when she arrived. Staff was friendly the nurse assistant was very gentle with my daughter.  I have been here before and both times it was a very positive visit.

My niece has the flu we didn’t know what was wrong with her until we took her here and she’s getting so much better

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

First time. Great area. My appointment is on Tuesday.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Scheduling was easy through the Solv app; Check-in was quick, and staff was friendly. Everyone had a great attitude. The PA was great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment options. Very good experience all around.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Always a pleasant experience when I have had to come in urgently for my little one.  Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I’m seen in a timely manner, even when I had to come on a busy night.  They are clear in communicating & knowledgeable in providing care.
