Staff was very helpful and the doctor was very helpful and thorough.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The doctor was the best I was there previously and she’s the same great doctor every time

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Courtney the PA was amazing. Addressed all of my concerns and was super pleasant. Appreciative of the entire staff.

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

Excellent staff & service, would highly recommend this location.
