Everyone that worked there was great. No complaints. The wait time was longer than expected. Perhaps it was because I was so sick but it seemed long.  I did follow up today to inquire about getting an inhaler that my primary recommended but could not get on line to prescribe it for me while in her vacation. I left a specific message with the front desk today and never heard back.  That was quite disappointing

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Very easy to book appointment online but when I went in it was still an hour wait . Dr was very professional and caring gave me meds and was thorough . I’ve been here before and they have always done a thorough exam and felt better . Would definitely recommend.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.
