My son was sick and I called for an appointment but was told it was walk-in only. I took him to the clinic expecting at least an hour or two. Fortunately as soon as the cumbersome paperwork was finished he was seen in a short time. Online check in seems very long. All Staff were very kind and professional.

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Staff were extremely helpful and transparent about cost since I was self pay with no insurance. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions before I was even seen and the front office staff were so nice and caring. The doctor was kind and efficient. After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
