I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

Everyone here is kind and helpful. I am grateful for the care. I felt very sick today and they helped me. THANK YOU!

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Marissa and staff were fantastic….Marissa saw me the day before in Pleasantville and had suggested an X-ray in Briarcliff.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Entire staff are extremely friendly, professional, timely, kind, and good communicators, throughout the process of my physical. I would highly recommend them.

Walked in and was able to get diagnosed with my sinus infection and pink eye with almost no wait.
