This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My 3 year old had fever that would come and go we so took him to AFC on thanksgiving morning. The check in was super easy, fast and the provider and staff were wonderful! Would definitely recommend!

Christina was very compassionate and made me feel like I was seen and heard. Grateful for the warm bedside manner of the staff.

Staff was super helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person.  The doctor was friendly, patient and she made sure I understood how to use the inhaler.

Wonderful staff - pleasant and extremely competent.  They are just terrific!

I had been to this location plenty of times but this time around i didn’t have the best experience the nurse in the room was super nice and the front desk girls were alright the doctor just seemed in a rush this time around not sure if it was a bad day

Prompt always has amazing service. The staff is so friendly, and the Solv check in is amazing and convenient. The doctor and nurses were fast and great listeners. For minor illnesses I always come here because of the great service across the board. Thank you!

Extremely efficient and was able to get checked for covid flu strep snd chest X-rays with results quickly provided

The staff was great, but I was waiting a long time.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Everyone and the care was outstanding! I would definitely come back here again if the need be!
