Experience is always a 10 star! Ease of making a same day appointment, zero to 10min wait time, friendly staff and NP's I've never been dissapointed! This place is better than any doctor office I've been to! Bedside manner is over the top which is my #1 priority! They are simply the best!

Everything good except they couldn't find a vein to draw blood from...

The doctor was very condescending. While trying to explain my sons complex Medical history and issues he turn and looks at my son then looks at me and asked if my son could not speak. That was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate

Easy online booking.  Check in was seamless. Waiting area is clean and pleasant.  Staff are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, which is really appreciated when you are sick.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Called close to opening was told there was approximately 3.5 hr wait but they would be happy to text with my ETA. Walked in the clinic immediately greeted and saw the doctor less than 8 minutes later. Walked out with RX quickly. Great service all around. Definitely would come back again.

I was able to make an appt online for the same day. Once I arrived, the check-in was easy and they got me back to my room quickly. The MA was super friendly and cordial. The provider was friendly and open to listen to my thoughts regarding the concern. Overall experience went really well.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Had made an appt for tomorrow for a lingering cold/sore throat/earache but was feeling worse as the day progressed. I called to see if walk-ins were accepted and was told yes and the likely wait time. And then was told that they could text me when the wait had lessened. So kind! I ended up going within half an hour...figured I might as well wait there. And the check-in was efficient and fast. I was seen quickly, all my questions were answered and I was reassured about my symptoms. An OTC was prescribed after it was determined I was negative for strep or tonsillitis or an ear infection. (They even cleaned one ear, which was clogged with wax - a new experience for me. I came away SO IMPRESSED with all the staff - kind, professional, helpful and efficient!! Would definitely recommend this provider!!

I called due to my son having ear pain- they were booked up but scheduled me for the afternoon and said I could still try walking in. I got there and they very quickly checked me in and got us seen in under 5 minutes. The Dr did not keep us waiting for more than 5-10 minutes and was able to diagnose and get us out quickly. The dr was amazing with my 5 year old and made jokes and made it fun for him. They listened to our concerns and requests and I am very grateful for them! I would recommend anyone check them out.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
