I was pretty thrilled I could get an appointment immediately, I was in and out in an hour and got exactly what I was hoping from the visit. So thank you! Normally would ignore these surveys but it was very helpful so, I’ll be helpful too!

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I was allowed to schedule an appointment for 7:10 however when arrived they were closed. Stated that they close at 8, therefore last patient is at 7pm “because they needed to mop and sweep the floor.” Very unprofessional. Perhaps don’t allow patients to schedule appointments at 7:10 if the last patient can be seen at 7pm. Also it may be helpful to update the online appointments so it accurately reflects window of availability.
