The staff at MultiCare Indigo clinic, in Issaquah, are incredible! In such a dire time the team at Indigo came to my rescue. They worked with haste and fought for my well being. I'm so grateful for all the hoops they help me jump through. I am greatly appreciative for their service to our community. Thank you!

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Everything was excellent for my visit. I was treated with such care and respect. One of the “positive” memorable visits. Thank you , again, to all!! 😊

Jasmine, Sharlita (?), Bryan, and the other person we interacted with were all noticeably friendly and kind. Maybe it is no longer common practice for medical providers to sanitize or wash their hands when they come into the examination room? No one did that.

I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.

Had sore throat for 2 weeks thought I would get it checked out ended up being a viral infection and strep throat. Staff was amazing and very kind. I thoroughly got checked out and was treated with complete respect. I will use this clinic in the future should I need to.
