Thank you visit health urgent care staff for checking me in and out. They work fast on prescription medications my medication was ready as soon as I had left the urgent care.

My experience was exceptional. I would change nothing. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I was see quickly, and the level of care was great. I wish everything was this easy in life!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.
