I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

Excellent experience. I’m grateful this Urgent Care is just 10 minutes from home for me. Received great care and thanks to my doctor and 2 prescriptions I’ll be feeling good again by tomorrow.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt

Suffering at work with extreme nasal and chest congestion and made appt late in the day. Dr Marchetti was very helpful in diagnosis and suggested meds to resolve my distress
