Your Dr. x-rayed my injured foot and said it’s OK take tylenol.  Went to my orthopedist 3 days later and she x-rayed also and found a broken toe!  Shocking!

NP Kamille Bryant at utica location along with the medical assistant was very helpful and accommodating. The staff at check in were also friendly.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

High Blood pressure past 2 weeks now going down. Happy about the care I received

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.

Doctor was rushing and not detailed information was provided. I did not see even a smile on assistant face.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️
