Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

I had a problem with my left eye; that is, tearing and eye stuck together after night sleep. Was told I had infection “pink eye ; it was contagious. Prescribed drops for eye.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

In and out quickly and with medications. Very clean, very fast, great bedside manner. And explicative.

Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!
