I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

My daughter got in ear infection over night. I couldn’t book with her pediatrician so I booked an appt online. It was super easy and quick to join the appointment. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. My daughter felt comfortable with them. Eased both of our minds since doctors visits scare her. Love this place.

We were able to get in pretty quickly. Have to book appts online, which is not hard, but I would prefer to call for an appt slot as I had two small children and was hard to do all the entries.  The staff is great and I highly recommend them. They are friendly, gentle, efficient and did a thorough check on my grandson. He had to have x-rays which was scary for a 2 yr old, but they were all so good with him.

Awesome visit very attentive and friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

My 3yo baby boy had been crying all morning telling us he has ear pain. We were all over the place looking for an urgent care that opens before 3pm (due to my baby crying in pain since 7am). Luckily Best Health Urgent Care& Clinic was the one we leaned on (regarding reviews& insurance). Best decision we made so far! We’ve tried at least 3 different urgent care facilities in our area with in the past yr& half and nether of them were to our liking. Thank you to the physician& the lady in the lady in the front.. who’s name I didn’t catch /: Highly recommend for children& parents!

I love using this place. They get me in and out quickly and the staff are very friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I greatly trust their expertise.

I walked in half an hour before closing. I was seen right away and treated with respect and compassion by the nurse and provider.

I love coming here, I always get seen and my concerns always get resolved or always some course of action that always leaves me satisfied.

Staff was amazing, sweet, nice. Baby got taken care. Will be coming when needed

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.
